Quies Calming Face Serum - Apply 3 drops of oil to hands, rub hands together so oil is evenly spread out. Place hands over face, press oil in and massage. Oil can be added to moisturiser if preferred. For best results apply to damp skin.

Nutrio Vita Rich Moisturiser - Use 1 to 2 pumps of moisturiser. Spread the moisturiser between two hands then massage onto face and neck.
